1. Who we are
These terms apply to all products sold under the trade name Clarbee on clarbee.com. The seller and provider of the content is Kamil Mikołajewicz, trading as Clarbee (Brussels, Belgium), company number (BCE/KBO) registration in progress, address registration in progress, email kontakt@clarbee.com ("Clarbee", "we", "us").
2. Paddle is the Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns and refunds of payments. When you buy, you also accept Paddle's Buyer Terms. Paddle calculates and charges VAT or other applicable sales taxes and issues your invoice.
3. Products
Clarbee sells digital information products: the PPWR Packaging Map and the AI Act Pack, and a bundle of both. They consist of explanatory content, checklists, spreadsheets and editable templates, delivered online and by download. Each product is offered as:
- Monthly subscription: access to the current edition and all updates published while the subscription is active. It renews automatically every month until cancelled.
- One-time pack: the edition current at the time of purchase, to download and keep, without automatic renewal or later updates.
4. Not legal advice; no guarantee of compliance
Our products help you prepare for EU rules such as Regulation (EU) 2025/40 (PPWR) and Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act). They are general information and practical tools. They are not legal advice, are not tailored to your specific situation and do not guarantee that your business complies with any law. You remain responsible for your own compliance decisions. Where needed, consult a qualified lawyer or advisor. We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and up to date, but laws, implementing acts and official guidance change and may be interpreted differently by authorities.
5. Prices and payment
Prices will be announced at launch on the Pricing page, excluding VAT. VAT and any other applicable taxes are calculated by Paddle at checkout based on your location and status. Payment is made to Paddle using the methods offered at checkout.
6. Delivery and access
After successful payment you receive an email with your access and download link, normally within minutes. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, contact us at kontakt@clarbee.com.
7. Subscriptions and cancellation
You can cancel a subscription at any time through the link in your Paddle receipt email, on paddle.net, or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further payments are taken. We may change subscription prices for future periods with at least 30 days' notice by email; you may cancel before the change applies.
8. Refunds and right of withdrawal
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on every purchase, as described in our Refund Policy. This applies in addition to any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
9. Licence
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content and templates for the internal purposes of your own business (including your employees). You may edit the templates for your own use. You may not resell, publish or redistribute the content, in whole or in substantial part, or share access credentials outside your organisation.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, fines or penalties imposed by authorities. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, intent, gross negligence or anything that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing affects your mandatory rights as a consumer.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Material changes for active subscriptions are announced by email.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. Please contact us first at kontakt@clarbee.com so we can try to solve any issue. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Belgium, without prejudice to consumers' right to sue in their own country.
13. Language
These terms are available in English, French and Dutch. In case of differences, the English version prevails, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
